Designs Infrared Radial Core Heater (IRC) was designed to provide rapid hea=
ting
of ultrapure process chemistries for the Semiconductor and Medical
Industries. The unit can be controlled

through either a remote PLC or=
by
a temperature control unit located in the host equipment.
The I=
RC
provides rapid heating for process chemistries up to 95 Degrees C. The heat=
er
is capable of controlling the temperature at +/- 0.1 degree C. in recircula=
tion
mode.
The I=
RC’s
patented design utilizes an infrared radiation heating technique. All wetted
materials are Teflon®. The core contains a single continuous length of
Teflon® PFA tubing. No coated metals or

used in the heater core.
The
unique design of the IRC converts ~80% of the radiant energy into liquid he=
at.
Rapid heat up and and cool down are not affecte=
d by
convection delays present in other systems.
Applications:

applications include Acids, Solvents, and DI Water. The IRC comes standard =
with
an anodized aluminum housing, An optional FM-4910
enclosure is also available to support the safety requirements of

the various chemical types.

and control. Provides greatly reduced heating times compared to an equal
wattage quartz tank.
