Waste Evacuation System (WES)

 

The Waste Evacuation System provides a safe, automated means of process waste removal from individual t= o complete fabs. The simple yet reliable design eliminates spills and expensive clean-ups.

 

The WES consists of four modular components:

• PLC Control Module<= /o:p>

• Sump Module

• Pump Module

• Collection Site Module

 

The PLC controlled system is cap= able of continuous removal of compatible fluids from the collection sumps by use= of the pump module and then sending them to a remote collection site.

 

• Point of use collection sumps in 3 to 10 gallon sizes can collect waste fluid from multiple tools. = Each collection sump has monitoring for fluid level, local exhaust, and leak detection.

 

• Pump performance capacity allows distances to 200+ feet with up to 35 feet of head elevation making f= or easy adaptation into existing fabs.<= /span>

 

• Collection site, Safety Storage Modules can accommodate from a single 10 gallon canister to multipl= e 55 gallon drums.

 

• Level detection provide local and system wide fluid level alarms

 

• Auto Switching as a standard feature

 

Multiple collection sumps are connected to strategically placed pump modules. The air operated pump provi= des safe fluid handling and reliable, low maintenance operation. Collection sit= es can be located out of critical environmentally controlled fab areas. IDI-CYBOR Safety Storage Modules can accommodate chemicals from mult= iple pump modules.
