We had a power outage that seems to have changed our setpoints so the pump (5116C) does not work efficiently. Dispense is poor and suckback parameters seem off. It already wasn't optimized, since we were still in an R&D mode. I am trying to develop a working process, but I am looking for a good starting point to continue from.
