The DS2-100 Digital Valve and DS2-600 Controller bring true digital control to Semiconductor photo-chemical dispense operations. By eliminating the need for time consum= ing adjustments to air operated valves and manually adjusted flow controls (nee= dle valve), the system dramatically reduces set up time and chemical consumptio= n.

 

The DS2-100 consists of two individually controlled, stepper motor actuated valves that provide highly reliable operation. A PDA interface all= ows the user to easily set the desired open and close rates for the valve to achieve a smooth and consistent dispense.

 

Precision valve orifice control provides repeatable dispense volumes and allows the user to quickly match dispense volumes from pump to pump.

 

Identical programming features f= or the suckback valve provide the ultimate in repeatability and control. Drip-less and drift free operation are easily programmed in seconds.

 

The DS2-600 controller supplies communication and control for up to f= our DS2-100 Valves. Each valve can be individually programmed to meet the specific requirements of the application through a custom Palm OS based interface. Status indicators notify the user= in the event of an error.
