The CYBOR M600 HVP combines the advantages of stepper motor technology with
state of the art hardware and software control technology to deliver a
superior, repeatable high viscosity pump solution.
The M600 HVP
uses patent pending software control technology to monitor and control the
dispense operation. Utilizing advanced statistical algorithms, the pump can
literally anticipate out of control conditions before they occur. Dispense
volume and can be “dialed-in”, and the pump will automatically =
compensate
for any changes in the pump’s mechanical operation to assure a
consistent, repeatable volume. All this with no operator intervention!
In addition,
the M600 HVP Quick Prime/Quick Purge features allow the track to be up and
running and ready for production in a fraction of the time that other high
viscosity pumps are capable of offering.
